How to Calculate Severance?

Severance calculation formula:

Daily Salary = (Gross Salary + Additional Payments) ÷ 30
Total Years = Year + (Month ÷ 12) + (Day ÷ 365)
Severance = Daily Rate × Total Years × 30

Important Notes:

  • There is a requirement to have worked for at least 1 year
  • Severance is exempt from tax
  • Additional payments are included in the calculation by dividing them into 12 months
