How to Calculate Target Heart Rate Range?
Two different methods can be used:
Karvonen Formula:
THR = (MHR - RHR) × intensity + RHR
MHR = Maximum Heart Rate
RHR = Resting Heart Rate
Percentage Method:
THR = MHR × intensity
Intensity Levels:
Very Light: 50 % - 60 %
Light: 60 % - 70 %
Medium: 70 % - 80 %
High: 80 % - 90 %
Maximum: 90 % - 100 %

Very Light (50%-60%)

Moderate (70%-80%)
High (80%-90%)
Maximum (90%-100%)
