Weekday: 50 % increase (1.5x)
Weekend: 100 % increase (2.0x)
Official Holiday: 150 % increase (2.5x)
Night Shift: +10 % extra

Calculation formula:

Overtime Salary = Hourly Rate × Overtime Hours × Coefficient
Net Salary = Overtime Salary × (1 - Tax Rate)
