Notice Compensation:

  • Calculation: Daily Rate x 90 days
  • Purpose: Notice of dismissal
Severance:
  • Duration: For every year
  • Calculation: Daily Rate x 30 x year(s)
  • Purpose: Working time compensation
Annual Leave Fee:
  • Duration: For every year
  • Calculation: Daily Rate x 14 x year(s)
  • Purpose: Unused leave entitlement
Important Points
  • Gross Salary: Gross salary is used in the calculation
  • Day Basis: The calculation uses the day basis.
  • Date Included: Start and end dates are included
  • Minimum Duration: You must have worked for at least 1 year to receive severance pay.
  • Maximum Limit: There is an upper limit for severance pay
Calculation Formulas:
Notice Compensation = Daily Wage × 90 days
Severance Pay = Daily Wage × 30 × Working Years
Annual Leave Fee = Daily Wage × 14 × Working Year
Sample Calculation:

$ 500 daily wage, 5 years of work:

Notice Compensation: 500 × 90 = $ 45,000
Severance Pay: 500 × 30 × 5 = $ 75,000
