Logarithm types:

• log₁₀x = Logarithm with base 10 (common logarithm)
• ln x = log_ex = Logarithm with base e (natural logarithm)
• log_bx = Logarithm with base b (special base)

Logarithm Rules:

• log_b(x·y) = log_bx + log_by
• log_b(x/y) = log_bx - log_by
• log_b(xⁿ) = n·log_bx

Important Notes:

• The number to be logarithmized must be positive (x > 0)
• The logarithm base must be positive and different from 1 (b > 0, b ≠ 1)
